- 马铃薯原生质体培养是细胞杂交的关键环节,是实现倍性育种的重要途径之一。对马铃薯原生质体培养的研究进展进行了简要综述,就其存在的问题提出了一些建议并对其发展进行了展望。
- Abstract:
- Protoplast culture of potatoSolanum tuberosum?L.is the key step of cell fusion,and is one of the important ways of ploidy breeding.This paper briefly reviewed the progress of protoplast culture,and suggestion on the existing problems and prospects were put forward.
