- 采用LI-6400光合作用测定仪测定哈尔滨露地栽培的6个紫斑牡丹品种和平莲、红莲、玫瑰红、大漠风云、紫冠玉珠、红裙玉带的光合特性。结果表明:玫瑰红、大漠风云Pn日变化呈“单峰型”曲线,玫瑰红峰值出现在12∶00,而大漠风云曲线整体呈下降的趋势,其余4个呈“双峰型”曲线,12∶00有明显“午休”现象,两峰值分别出现在10∶00和14∶00。大漠风云LSP最高,LCP最低,其次为紫冠玉珠,光适应性较其它品种宽,玫瑰红LSP较低,LCP较高,具有较窄的光适应性。由叶绿素含量和叶绿素a/b可知,红裙玉带、大漠风云耐阴性最强,但日平均光合速率及光饱和速率均介于其它品种之间,叶绿素含量差异不是造成6种材料光合能力差异的主要因素。
- Abstract:
- The photosynthetic characteristics of six varieties of Paeonia suffruticosa var.papaveraceaHepinglian,Honglian,Meiguihong,Damofengyun,Ziguanyuzhu,Hongqunyudaicultivated in open field of Harbin were studied with the LI-6400 photosynthetic apparatus.The results showed that:the Pn diurnal variations of Meiguihong and Damofengyun were the ‘single peak’ curves,Meiguihong with the peak at 12∶00,and Damofengyun was a downward trend.While the other four were ‘double peak’ curves,with obvious ‘midday depression’ at 12∶00,the two peaks appeared at 10∶00 and 14∶00,respectively.Damofengyun with the highest LSP and the lowest LCP,followed by Ziguanyuzhu,had wider light adaptation than others,Meiguihong with lower LSP and higher LCP,had narrow light adaptation.By the chlorophyll content and chlorophyll a/b,it was known that Hongqunyudai,Damofengyun had stroger shady-tolerance,which were in the middle accroding to the daily average photosynthetic rate and maximum net photosynthetic rate,so chlorophyll content was not the main factor leading to the difference of 6 varities’ photosynthetic capacity.
