- 以高羊茅(Festuca arundinacea Schreb)为材料,以不同浓度的PP333处理液(0、10、50、100、300、500、700和1 000 mg·L-1)浸种处理,测定其发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数,在幼苗生长过程中分别调查其株高、根系生长、生物量。结果表明:浓度为300 mg·L-1的PP333浸种处理后,显著抑制株高,使总根长增长速度加快、根体积增长最快,对根面积的影响较大,分蘖数最多;播种60 d时,300 mg·L-1处理组显著提高了根冠比、根系活力和根鲜重。
- Abstract:
- With Festuca arundinacea Schreb for the materials,the germination rate,germination index and vitality index were measured by seed soaking in different concentrations of PP333 (0,10,50,100,300,500,700 and 1 000 mg·L-1).In the course of seedling growth stem length,root growth and biomass were investigated.The results showed that:when seed soaking in 300 mg·L-1 PP333,it could significantly inhibit the height,accelerate the growth rate of total root length,make the growing of the root volume the fastest,have a greater impact on the root area and the most tillers number.300 mg·L-1 treatment group significantly increased ratio of root and shoot,root activity and the fresh root weight in sowing 60 days.
