摘要:
为促进黑龙江省垦区马铃薯产业快速发展，黑龙江省农垦总局组织考察团赴甘肃和河北省考察。总结了甘肃和河北两省马铃薯产业值得学习与借鉴的做法，并提出黑龙江省垦区马铃薯发展的建议。
