- 以二年生越橘圣云为试验材料,研究了不同浓度的铅、镉和铝处理对越橘叶片生理指标的影响。结果表明:随着镉浓度的增加,越橘叶片的叶绿素总含量呈下降趋势;随着铅浓度的增加,其叶片的叶绿素总含量呈先降后升再降的趋势。随着铅、镉浓度的增大及植株生育期的延长,叶片的脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量及相对电导率都呈逐渐增加的趋势,而可溶性糖的含量则呈先下降后上升的趋势。越橘对铝胁迫的抵抗能力高于铅和镉,且低浓度铝有利于越橘植株的生长。
- Abstract:
- The effects of different concentrations of Pb, Cd and Al on the leaf physiology characteristics was studied.The results showed that blueberry leaf chlorophyll content was declined with the increasing treatment concentration by Cd treatment, was increased first and then declined with the increasing Pb treatment concentration. Proline,soluble protein and electrical conductivity were increased with the increasing treatment concentration and the time prolong. Soluble sugar was declined at first and then increased with the increasing treatment concentration and the time prolong. All the result of blueberry leaf physiology characteristic reflected that low Al treatment has benefits to the growth of blueberry. The result also showed that the resistant ability of blueberry to 3 heavy metals was different. The blueberry has the more resistant ability to Al than that of Pb and Cd.
