- 研究了不同微量元素(B、Mn、Mo、Cu、Zn)对大豆根腐病主要致病菌茄镰孢菌和立枯丝核菌产孢、菌丝生长、产毒的作用。结果表明:微量元素Mn为60 mg·L-1、Zn为1.8 mg·L-1、B为2 mg·L-1时对茄镰孢菌产孢有显著的抑制作用。Mn、Mo、B在供试的3个浓度下对茄镰孢菌和立枯丝核菌菌丝生长、产毒量均有一定的抑制作用,并随浓度增加抑制作用增强。在供试最低浓度时,Cu为1.8 mg·L-1、Zn为1.2 mg·L-1对病原菌菌丝生长和产毒有促进作用。
- Abstract:
- The effection of microelements (B、Mn、Mo、Cu、Zn) on the pathogens of Soybean Root Rot of Fusarium solani and Rhizoctonia solani’s sporulation, mycelial growth and toxin production was studied. The results showed that Fusarium’s sporulation was inhibited when Mn was 60 mg·L-1, Zn was 1.8 mg·L-1 and B was 2 mg·L-1 used in the medium. Mn, Mo, B could inhibit mycelial growth, toxin production of Fusarium and Rhizoctonia solani in all three of the concentration of trials, and increase the inhibitory action enhancement along with the density. The mycelial growth and toxin production of pathogens had a promoter action when Cu was 1.8 mg·L-1, Zn was 1.2 mg·L-1 which was the lowest density in the experiment.
