摘要:
对黑龙江省嘉荫县建业村进行整体规划, 本着“因地制宜、以人为本、与时俱进、注重发展”的原则, 大力治理“ 散、脏、乱、差”等问题, 把传统的建业村建设成为现代文明的农村新社区。
Abstract:
Basedon theintegratedplanning of Jianye village of Jiayincounty inHeilongjiang province,in line with the principle of“local conditions, people-centered, advancing with the times, focusing on the development”, the problems of“casual,dirty,chaot-ic, andpoor”were tackled with.The traditionalJianye village would be built as modern and civilized new rural community.
