- 将六出花切花瓶插于 8种不同保鲜剂中, 以清水和可利鲜为对照, 对其花径、失重、微生物数量、细胞膜透性以及蛋白质含量等指标进行了测定和比较。 结果表明:大部分保鲜剂均能有效地增大花径, 保持切花的水分平衡, 维持膜结构的相对稳定性, 延缓可溶性蛋白质含量的降低, 提高切花观赏品质, 延长六出花鲜切花的瓶插寿命, 其中以 1%蔗糖+200 mg·L -1 8-HQS+25 mg·L -1 AgNO 3 +50 mg·L -1 Al 2 (SO 4 ) 3 的保鲜效果最佳, 瓶插期达 22 d, 比清水对照延长了10 d, 比可利鲜延长了 3 d。
- Abstract:
- The flower diameter, loss weight, quantity of microorganisms, cell membrane permeability and soluble protein con-tent of Alstroemeria cut flowers were studied and compared after they laid in eight different fresh-keeping agents and usedwhite water and Chrysalas controls.The results showed that most fresh-keeping agentseffectively increased flower diameterof Alstroemeria cut flower, kept its water balance,maintained its relative stability of cell membrane structure, retarded its de-crease of soluble proteincontent,improvedits ornamentalqualities and prolongeditsvase life;that 1%sucrose+200 mg·L -18-HQS+25 mg·L -1 AgNO 3 +50 mg·L -1 Al 2 (SO 4 ) 3 was the best among all the tested ones in this experiment and its vaselife reached 22 d, which was respectively 10 d and 3 d longer than white water and Chrysal.
