- 采用生长速率法测定了8 种植物丙酮和甲醇提取物对番茄灰霉病原真菌的生物活性。结果表明:多数提取物对番茄灰霉病原真菌有一定的活性;在 50×10 -3 g·mL -1 浓度下防风、落叶松和五味子的甲醇提取物的 72 h 抑制率分别为58.19%、80.41%、77.49%;蝙蝠葛、落叶松枝、落叶松叶、五味子丙酮提取物对病菌的 72 h 抑制率较高分别为82.26%、76.42%、66.60%。
- Abstract:
- The bioactivity of methanol and acetone extracts from 8 plants against Botrytiscinerea were tested with growthrate method.The results showed that all plant extracts displayed antifungal activities against Botrytiscinerea to some ex-tent.The inhibition rates against Botrytiscinerea of the methanol extracts from Saposhnikovia divaricata(Turcz)Schischk,Larix gmelinii(Ruprecht)Kuzeneva, Schisandrachinensis(Turcz.)Baill respectively was 58.19%, 80.41%, 77.49% at theconcentration of 50×10 -3 g·mL -1 after 72 hours.The inhibition rates against Botrytiscinerea of the acetone extracts fromMenispermum.dauricum DC, Larix gmelinii(Ruprecht)Kuzeneva, Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill respectively was82.26%, 76.42%,66.60% at the concentration of 50×10 -3 g·mL -1 after 72 hours.
