- 利用人工气候室对黑龙江省主栽水稻品种进行耐小孢子阶段低温试验, 结果表明:不同水稻品种耐低温的能力有较大的差异。15℃低温处理7 d, 不育率降低幅度由3%增至70%。冷积温每增加1℃, 不育率由0.002%增至1.898%。由此鉴定出来的耐小孢子阶段低温的水稻品种有:空育131、龙稻3 号以及龙稻6 号。而对此期低温较敏感的品种是龙粳11、龙粳13、松粳7 号、龙稻7 号和垦稻12 等。
- Abstract:
- Cooling temperature-tolerant ex periment on majo r rice cultivars at microspore stage in Heilong jiang province wasconducted in phtotran.The experimental results showed that cooling temperature-tolerant ability among cultivars was greatlydifferent .Under cooling temperature(15℃)for 7 days, the spikelets sterile rate ranged from 3% to 70%.When accumulatedcooling temperature increased fo r 1℃, the spikelets sterile rate ranged from 0 .002% to 1.989%.Therefore, it could be referredthat cooling temperature-tolerant cultivars were Kongyu 131, Longdao No .3 and Longdao No .6.While the coolingtemperature-sensitive cultivars were Longjing 11, Longjing 13, Song jing No .7, Longdao No .7 and Kendao 12.
