- 对水溶性酸浆果多糖的提取工艺进行了研究, 采取单因素试验和L9(34)正交试验研究了料液比、提取时间、提取温度、乙醇浓度对水溶性酸浆果多糖提取效果的影响。结果表明, 影响多糖得率的因素依次为料液比、乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度, 水溶性酸浆果多糖最佳提取工艺条件为料液比1∶40, 提取时间4 h, 提取温度90℃, 90%乙醇沉淀。在此工艺条件下水溶性酸浆果多糖的得率为5.46%。
- Abstract:
- This paper was a study about the technology for estracting coarse polysaccharides of Physalis alkekengi.The effectof each factor such as the ratio of sample to water, the time of ex traction , the temperature of extraction and the ethanol concentrationon the extraction of the po lysaccharides of Physalis alkekengi were investigated, using the methods of sing le facto rtest and o rthogonaldesign test of L9(34).The result showed that the main factors from mo re impo rtant to less affecting theex tracting rate of polysaccharides were as follows:ethanol concentration, ratio of sample to water , extraction time and extractiontemperature ;the best technological conditions were that the ratio of sample to water was 1∶40, the time of extractionwas 4 hours , the temperature of extraction was90℃ and the concentration of ethanol was90%.Using the best technologicalconditions, the ex traction rate of the polysaccharides of Physalis alkekengi was 5.46%.
