- 根据我国目前农业科技成果在转化过程中所存在的脱离生产实际、科研经费与转化经费不足、成果成熟度不高、科技成果转化人才短缺、应用范围受限等问题进行了剖析, 并针对这些实际问题提出了相应的有效解决措施。

- Acco rding to the problems emerg ed in o ur country , the problems we re analyzed such a s sepa ratio n fromag ricultural production , scientific research and t ransfo rmatio n cost sho rtage , low maturity of achievement , sho rtageof t ransfo rmatio n o f ag ricultural achievement talents, limitation of application sco pe .Aiming a t those problems ,some counte rmeasure s w ere put forw ard .
