- 为了研究转NCED 基因水稻的抗旱性, 对转基因T1 代和对照种子进行PEG 处理, 观测发芽率;发现转NCED 基因水稻的发芽率比对照的高。选其中发芽率较高的NCED3-6-1 和NCED3-7-6 种子种植并进行干旱胁迫, 测定转基因水稻NCED3-6-1 和NCED3-7-6 的部分农艺性状, 结果表明, 转基因水稻NCED3-6-1 和NC ED3-7-6 的抗旱性比对照强。

- Tiller angle is one of impo rtant cha racters that co nstitute plant type with g rea t sig nificance in breading .The ty pe of tille r ang le , dy namic change of tiller angle under different cultivation conditio ns and g ene tic analy sis oftiller ang le in rice we re reviewed in this article.
