- 香石竹是当代世界上最重要的切花品种之一。尽管传统育种技术在香石竹遗传改良方面取得了显著成就, 但仍不能满足当前香石竹生产优良品种的需求。随着生物技术的发展, 以基因工程技术为核心的现代分子育种技术已经成为香石竹育种的重要研究方向。综述了近年来国内外香石竹分子育种的研究进展和成果, 简要评述了香石竹分子育种研究中存在的问题并展望其应用前景。
- Abstract:
- Carnatio n is one o f the most impo rtant cut flowe rs in the w o rld .Though the co nv entional br eeding hasmade r emarkable achievements in the ge netic impr ovement of car nation , it doe s not satisfy the cur rent pr oductio ndemand o f fine ca rnation va rietie s.With the dev elo pment of bio log ical technolog y , molecula r breeding has becomean impo r tant research directio n of ca rnation breeding .I n this paper , research pro g ress of ca rna tion mo lecularbreeding w as summarized in recent y ears , and the problems and per spectives rela ted to genetic e nginee ring fo r molecularbreeding o f carnatio n w ere also elucida ted briefly .
