细叶百合的形态特征比较研究

- 研究结果表明, 栽培条件下细叶百合1 年生实生苗不抽茎, 只长基生叶, 2 年生细叶百合实生苗中分不抽茎、抽茎不开花和开花的三种情况。3 年生和4 年生细叶百合全部开花, 且开花比例随栽培年龄增加而增大。叶数随着植株年龄的增加而增加, 其4 年生植株叶数较多, 不同年龄植株的鳞片相差不多, 以3 年生植株稍多;单株花数与叶数类似, 也随植株年龄的增加而增加;单果胚珠数和单果种子数2 个指标都是3 年生植株最高, 而种子与胚珠的百分比, 则又是随着年龄的增加而增加。通过组培苗、扦插苗、实生苗露地栽培试验比较, 扦插苗的各项指标都最大, 实生苗次之, 组培苗最少。
- Abstract:
- The r esults show ed, under the co nditions o f cultivatio n, 1-y ear-Lilium pumilum seedling had leaf but hadno stems, 2-y ear-o ld Lilium pumilum seedling conce rning three cases which had no stem , non-flowering stems andflowering , the 3-yea r-old and 4-year-old Lilium pumilum full f low ering .f low ering r atio and plant leaves increasedwith culture age , the 4-year-old plant have mo re leaves .Differ ent ages plants hav e the scale s number a lmo st thesame , in addition to 3-year-o ld plants hav e more scales ;flow er s and leaves ever y plant inc reased with plantage , 3-year-old plants have the hig hest ovule and seeds number every fruit , the pe rcentag e o f seed and the ov ule increasedwith age .Throug h compa riso n of tissue culture , cuttings a nd seedling s expo sed to cultivatio n, the cuttings werethe best , seedling follow ed, at lea st in vitro.
