- 试验以PDA 培养基为对照, 用马铃薯芽含量不同的培养基和马铃薯皮含量不同的培养基培养平菇菌丝。结果表明, 马铃薯芽含量较少的培养基可以促进平菇菌丝的生长, 马铃薯皮含量较少的培养基对平菇菌丝生长速度没有影响。
- Abstract:
- Contra sting to Pota to Dex tro se Ag ar(PDA), this test used tw o kinds of medium to culture my celial ofOy ster mushroom , o ne was po tato bud , and the o ther w as pota to skin .The results showed that the medium w hichhad a few po tato buds could pr omo te the mycelial g row th r ate o f Oy ster mushr oom , the medium which had a fewpo tato skin do n’t impact the mycelial g r ow th rate of Oyster mushroom .
