- 利用脱毒草莓试管苗叶柄基部的托叶在“ MS +6 -BA 1.0~ 2 .0 mg ·L -1”培养基上不经过愈伤组织阶段,直接再生了草莓试管植株, 植株再生率达100 %, 每个托叶最高分化试管苗数达12 .5 株;提高了脱毒草莓试管苗的继代增殖倍数, 提高了脱毒草莓试管种质材料的利用率, 降低了脱毒草莓试管苗的成本。
- Abstract:
- The shoo ts have been repro duced directly fr om stipules o f virus-elimination st rawber ry in the“ MS +6-BA 1.0~ 2 .0 mg ·L-1”medium in vit ro , the percentage of sho ots rege ner ation was 100% and the hig hest numberof shoo ts reproduced from stipule s o f virus-eliminatio n st rawber ry w as 12 .5(stub/ stipule);the reproduction pe rcentageo f virus-elimination str awber ry in vitro w as bee n increased, the materia l utiliza tion of virus-eliminatio nstraw be rry in vitro w as increased and the pro ductio n costs w as reduced.
