- 研究了猴头菇(Hericium erinaceus)液体菌种培养基最佳生产配方和液体发酵条件。结果表明:在所设定的5 组培养基中, 最优的一组培养基配方为葡萄糖3 %, 可溶性淀粉2%, 酵母膏1 %, KH2 PO4 0 .1%, Mg SO4·7H2O 0.06 %。在此培养基的基础上做单因素实验得出最佳pH 为5 .5;最佳温度为27 ℃;最佳转速为180 r·min-1 ;最佳装液量为120 mL·(250 m L)-1 。由此得到的菌丝球生物量在同一因素的几个实验组内较好。

- Selectio n of He ricium (H ericium erinaceus)Str ain liquid medium a nd explo ration of fermentatio n conditionwe re studied .The r esults show ed that the best suitable medium among five tested medium was g lucose 3 %,soluble starch 2 %, y east ex tract 1 %, KH 2 PO4 0 .1% , Mg SO4·7H2O 0 .06%.Acco rding to the single facto r ex pe riment,fo r ge tting best biomass, the optimal pH wa s 5 .5 ;the o ptimal temper ature wa s 27℃;o ptimal ro ta te speedwa s 180 r·min-1 ;optimal liquid volume w as 120 mL pe r 250m L.
