- 采用乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)溶液直接提取复混肥中有效五氧化二磷, 微波加热技术干燥磷钼酸喹啉沉淀。结果表明:用100 mL EDTA 溶液(0 .1 mL·L-1)提取, 在(80 ±2)℃恒温下振荡30 min , 用微波炉加热干燥磷钼酸喹啉沉淀15 min 的测定值, 与标准方法测定值的绝对差值<0.2 %, 该方法的相对偏差(RSD)<0.2 %,精密度和准确度良好。

- Available P2O5 in compound fertilizer wa s directly e xt racted by EDTA.And the precipitated quinolinemolybdo pho sphate was dried by micr ow ave technolog y .The experime nt show ed tha t ex tracted w ith 100 mL EDTAso lutio n(0.1 mol·L-1), oscillated 30 minutes at the co nstant tem pera tur e (80 ±2)℃, and dried 15 minutes bymicrowav e oven , the absolute er ro r between the da tum of the precipita ted quino line molybdo pho sphate w ith themethod a nd the datum with standard method wa s less than 0 .2%.The r elative standar d deviation (RSD)of themethod w ith g oo d precisio n and accuracy was le ss than 0 .2 %.
