- 冷害是水稻减产的主要原因之一, 也是全世界普遍关注的问题。从水稻耐冷分子生理、耐冷相关基因的定位和克隆以及水稻耐冷分子育种等几个角度对水稻耐冷性研究作了阐述, 并对今后水稻耐冷研究和育种工作提出了一些建议。
- Abstract:
- Co ld stress is one of the mo st impo rtant facto rs to decrease the yield o f rice , which is thoug ht to be a mat te r o f g reat urgency to be solv ed.Some problem s such as the mechanisms o f cold-to le rance , clo ning and localiza tion of cold-respo nsive g enes , and molecula r breeding cold re sista nt o n rice wer e discussed , and some sug gestio ns w ere put fo rw ard fo r the re sear ch and breeding of co ld to le rance in rice in the further .
