- 通过分析黑龙江省农业技术推广现状和农民对推广员的认可程度,阐述了农业技术推广在减灾经营信息模型传达中存在推广人员少、经费匮乏、农户文化水平低等问题,提出了为保证减灾信息快速准确的传达,应加强以推广中心为主渠道的传达方式,提高推广人员的专业素质并充分利用科技大集等信息传播途径
- Abstract:
- This article analyzed the situation and peasant approval intensity of agrotechnique extending in Heilongjiang province. The deficient people and funds and lower educational level were the problems existing in agrotechnique extending. In order to guarantee the propagate of reducing natural disaster information,some merhods had been proposed in this article. Agrotechnique extending center should be taken as main channel, workecs professional quality should be improved and grear information dis- scmination route of collecting should bc fully utilized .
