- 黑龙江省水稻生产又进入一个高速发展的新时期, 各地应该根据水稻生产技术特点和当地的生产条件选择相应的栽培技术。经济条件允许的应积极发展机插秧种稻, 不具备条件的应采用手插秧种稻, 没有办法再用直播种稻, 不宜再搞抛秧种稻。钵育手插栽培技术和钵育机插栽培技术应该引起重视。

- Rice pro ductio n a rrives at the new time of high speed development in H eilo ng jiang Pr ovince. Acco rding to the rice pro ductio n technolog y char acte ristic and local conditio n, co rresponding cultivation technolog y w as ado pted by each place. The machine tra nsplants rice seedling s sho uld be po sitiv e deve lop when economic condition permission , otherw ise the transplant rice seedling s by hand sho uld be ado pted , a t last to use sowing seeds again, Seedling - Throw ing Rice should not be used any lo ng er. Cultiva tion techno log y o f tra nsplant rice seedling by hands o r machine after raising seedling s in po ts must be pay attentio n to .
