- DNA 抽提是对生物体进行基因操作的基础性工作。经多次实验, 我们对CTAB 法提取黄瓜DNA 进行了改进, 并对所得DNA 的质量和浓度进行了检测。结果表明, 这是一种提取植物DNA的省时简单而高效的方法。通过很少量的样品即可以提到DNA 。
- Abstract:
- It is a basic jo b in doing gene manipulat ion of creature to e xt ract DNA. A fter severale xperimentations , some alterations w ere fo und in ex tracting DNA fo rm cucumber by CTABmethod , and w e detected the quali ty and co ncent ratio n of DNA. The result indicted , this w as asimple and high ef ficiency method to ex t ract DNA of plant. And i t also could save time. We co ulduse a few samples to get DNA.
