- 《黑龙江省耕地地力等级、中低产田类型及验收标准指标体系》(土种水平)是在1991 年制定的《黑龙江省耕地地力等级、中低产田类型及验收标准指标体系》(土类水平)基础上, 依照中华人民共和国农业行业标准《全国耕地类型区、耕地地力等级划分》、《全国中低产田类型划分与改良技术规范》制定的土种水平上的省级耕地地力等级指标化体系。该标准集合了资料时效性、方法科学性、应用可操作性、成果先进性等创新点;在尊重学科基础、有利于应用前提下, 本着本省实际情况,在地力等级确定、类型划分、幅度值界定、限定因素筛选、归纳方法(或用指数法、限制因素法)、数据整理、土种编组与合并等方面进行了新的尝试和探讨。

The standard have the characte rs of scienlific metho ds , operativeapplicatio n , adv anced achievement s and effective data.
