- 通过盆栽试验, 探讨了丁草胺对不同秧苗素质水稻生理生化指标的影响。丁草胺处理后叶片的光合作用速率、叶绿素含量和根系活力下降, 而GSH 含量和SOD 活性上升。水稻弱苗对丁草胺的敏感性高于壮苗。
- Abstract:
- The ex periment goes along w ith pot ted rice , inqui rying into the effect of butachlor onphysiological and biochemical characte ristics of rice w as analyzed by po t cult ivatio n. The t rial resultindicated that the photosy nthetic rate , total carbohydrate co ntent and activity of the roo t w eredecreased , the GSH co nten and the activity of SOD w ere increased after butachlo r t reatment. Sensitivity of the w eek seedling to butachlor is higher than the sound o ne.
