- 玉米弯孢菌叶斑病主要是由弯孢菌(Curvularia lunata )引起的侵染性病害。近年来, 该病害在我国玉米主产区发生面积逐年扩大, 已成为目前的重要玉米病害之一。本文研究了不同来源的品种和自交系抗病性差异, 得出以下结论:玉米品种间以及自交系间抗病性差异明显, 不同遗传来源的杂交种和自交系的抗病性有明显差异, 吉63 、黄早4 、自330 、丹9046 、丹9041 、铁7922 、掖478 、沈5003 、丹340 和E28 等一批应用多年的种质均为感病类型(MS ~ HS), 而新选育的各类群一些种质和具有热带、亚热带血缘的78599 等一些外来种质均为抗病类型(R ~ HR);杂交种的抗病性与双亲的抗病性有密切关系;品种抗性随植株生长而递减, 苗期较抗病, 抽丝期极为感病;筛选出一批抗弯孢病菌的品种和自交系, 为抗弯孢菌叶斑病玉米育种提供了种质资源。
- Abstract:
- Maize di sease o f Curvularia leaf spot was caused primari ly by Curv ularia Lunata(w akk) Boed. In recent years , the occurrence area of thi s disease in main maize productio n zo new as ex panding annual ly and the state of i t w as becoming severer and severer. In thi s repo rt w estudied the disease resi stance di fference betw een cul tivars and inbred lines wi th dif ferent sources.The conclusions as follow s :There w as apparent disease re sistance dif ference be tw een v ariet ies and inbred lines. The diseaseresi stance of hy brids and inbred lines w ith dif fe rent source w as quite dif ferent. Some germplasmsw hich have been used fo r many years such as Ji63 , Huangzao4 , Zi330 ,Dan9046 ,Dan9041 ,Tie7922 , Ye478 , Shen5003 ,Mo 17 ,Dan340 and E28 and so on w ere sensi tive to the disease(MS ~HS), w hile some g ermplasms of new - bred popula tions and some exo tic germplasms w ith t ropicaland subt ropical blo od such as 78599 w ere all resi stant to the disease (R ~ HR). The relat ionshipbetw een hy brids and their parent s o n di sease resi stance w as quite clo sely . The di sease resi stancew o uld w eaken w ith the g row th of plant s gradually. Therefo re the plant s appear high resi stance at seedling w hile become sensitive at silking period. We acquired a se ries of varie ties and inbredlines w ith disease resistance to Curvula ria Lunata (w alk)Boed. w hich provided di sease - resistantgermplasm resources for maize breeding.
