- 在马铃薯初花期时, 对其叶面进行喷施10 、20 、40 、80 mg/L 烯效唑处理, 以清水为对照, 研究了烯效唑对马铃薯块茎品质的影响。结果表明:叶面喷施烯效唑可以促进马铃薯块茎中淀粉含量、Vc 含量和可溶性糖含量的增加, 而降低可溶性蛋白质含量, 其中淀粉含量和V c 含量与对照分别达到了显著差异水平。说明, 叶面喷施烯效唑对马铃薯块茎品质的改善有促进作用。
- Abstract:
- The leaves o f potato plant were t reated by the dif ferent concentrat ions uniconazole wi th10 , 20 , 40 , 80 mg/ L during the fir st blo om .The result s show ed that there w as an increase in thecontent o f starch , Vc and soluble sug ar in the tuber , but there w as a decrease in the co ntent ofsoluble protein .In additio n , the co ntent o f starch and Vc o f po tato tuber t reated by the uniconazole have a signi ficant dif fe rence compared wi th the CK , w hich indicated that unico nazo le co uldimprove the quali ty of potato tuber .
