- 植物细菌性病害常常给农业生产造成严重损失, 利用基因工程手段提高植物的抗病性是抗病育种新的研究热点。本文论述了就目前植物抗细菌病害基因工程研究现状, 着重论述了植物抗细菌基因工程研究的基本策略、植物抗细菌基因工程取得的主要成绩及植物抗病相关基因工程研究进展, 并在此基础上指出了植物抗病基因工程存在的问题和今后研究的重点。

- Plant bacterial diseases cost g reat loss every year .To enhance plant resistance to bacterialdiseases throug h genetic eng ineering is an effective w ay .This paper summarized the basicst rategies and main achievements in plant bacteria -resistance gene engineering including the disease-resistance related g ene enginee ring and discussed the pro blems existed in plant gene engeeringof di sease -resistance and the impor tance w e sho uld research in futwe .
