- 本试验培养了牛的颗粒细胞, 并且进行了细胞的冷冻与复苏, 建立了一套颗粒细胞的培养方法, 为后期的牛体细胞核移植技术做准备。

- The majo r o bjective of this study w as to culture bovine g ranulosa cel l o f cow , tested themethod of ref rig eration and resusci tation o f the cell , established the cultivation of g ranulosa cell invit ro .prepared for the later pe rio d cow somatic cell nucleus -t ransplant technology .
