- 本研究对4个水稻品种(系)于灌浆期进行比常温低5℃的处理,结果表明:碾米品质及外观 品质都有不同程度的变化,品种不同,品质变化的幅度也不同。整精米率和垩白大小、垩白米率受 低温的影响较大。
- Abstract:
- Effect of Low Temperature during Grain Filling Stage on Milling and Appearance Quality of Rice in Cold Region1002-2767(2005)06-0001-04Abstract: Four rice varieties (lines) were treated under low temperature during grain filling stagein phytotran. The experiment result indicated that the milling and appearance quality changed un-der low temperature. The head yield, chalk size and chalk rice rate were greatly affected by lowtemperature.
