- 试验采用黑龙江省的10 份光敏感杂交种及自交系作为试验材料, 通过遮光处理的方法, 对这些材料的发育进程、形态性状的光敏感性进行了研究。研究结果表明:玉米的9 叶期-抽雄期及散粉期-抽丝期两个时期对光照比较敏感。同时遮光处理对玉米的株高、穗位高、叶片数和分枝数都有影响, 但影响的程度不同。
- Abstract:
- The light -sensitivity of maize development and morphological characters was studied in this pro ject using 10 inbred lines and hybrids selected f rom Heilong jiang province .The light w as block 3 to 4 hours every day f rom seeding stage to silking .The result show ed that the two stages (from 9 leaf stage to head sprout ing and f rom loose pollen to silking)of maize development w ere mo re sensitive to light than the o ther development stages .The result also showed the light -block played different roles on some major characters such as plant height 、ear position 、leaf number and bifurcatio n number .
