- 在低氮肥条件下, 栽培密度对寒地水稻产量性状及食味品质的影响研究表明:产量与有效穗数呈极显著正相关, 与穗长呈显著负相关, 与粗蛋白含量呈显著负相关, 与直链淀粉含量呈显著正相关;有效穗数与株高呈显著正相关, 与穗长呈负相关, 与粗蛋白含量呈显著负相关, 与直链淀粉含量呈显著正相关;粗蛋白含量与直链淀粉含量呈显著负相关。在本试验条件下, 水稻的农艺性状及食味品质间差异显著, 栽培密度处理4 在稻谷高产量的基础上, 改善了稻米的食味品质, 从而为提高寒地水稻食味品质的高产、优质栽培提供理论依据和技术参考。

- Under low N condit ion , the effect of cultivation density on y ield and edible quality of riceshowes that y ield is significantly negatively related with ef fective panicle number , positively relatedw ith leng th of panicle and rough protein content that effect ive panicle number is significantly positivlyrelatad with plant heiglt and amylose content negalively related w ith lengh of panicle rough proteincontent that rough protein content is sig nificantly negatively relatad w ith amylose co ntent .Under theexperiment condition , there is great dif ferene between ag ronomy characteristic and edible quality .Treatment 4 is fit both to yield and edible quality .
