- 摘要:
- 稻米粗蛋白质含量对稻米食味影响很大, 稻米蛋白质含量与栽培的氮素水平有直接关系, 同时在一定幅度内氮素水平又与稻谷产量成正相关。因此, 我们开展了不同施肥量试验及低肥条件下不同栽培密度试验, 以达到在稻谷产量不大幅度降低的基础上, 改善寒地水稻的食味性。
- Abstract:
- Rough pro tein content had g reat effect on taste of edible rice .Protein content and nitrogenlevel had positive relation .At the sametime , nit rogen level under certain scale had posi tive relationslipw ith rice yield .Thus , w e conducted dif ferent amomt of fertilizer test and various density ex povimentunder lower fertilizer level to study the w ay of inproving taste of edible rice .
