- 以甘蓝型白花油菜和黄花油菜为亲本材料, 研究白花性状的遗传表现, 结果表明, 白花对黄花为不完全显性, 白花由一对基因WW 控制, 杂合体Ww 表现为乳白花, 白花与黄花亲本的基因型分别是:白花为WWY1Y1Y2Y2 , 黄花为w wY1Y1Y2Y2 。同时以白花和黄花恢复系R44 为亲本做组合, 选育白花恢复系, 做为标记性状, 有效提高杂交油菜的种植纯度, 并可鉴定不育系的利用价值。
- Abstract:
- The inheritance of w hi te flower character in Brassica napus L .was stadied by using whiteflow er (WF)and yellow flower (YF)parents as material .Results show ed that the flower colo r chracterof w hite (WF)vs .yellow(YF)w as incomplete dominance , WF vs .YF w as controlled by a coupleof gene WW , heterogeno type Ww w as ex pressed milky -white flower color(MWF).The genotype ofthe parents were WWF1F1F2F2(WF)and ww F1F1F2F2 .respect ively at the same time , using thew hite(WF)and the yellow f lower resto rer R44 parents as material and screening resto rer of w hi te flower.It can be used as label character for ef fectively rising the purity of hybrid and it can also be used todeterminate the value of the male sterility .
