- 利用花粉管通道法将编码麦谷蛋白H MW一G S I D x 和I D y 10 基因导入了小麦, 经杭P P T筛选、P C R 检测和HM W一G S 组成分析等, 选出了高产优质的转基因品系21 K 86 7 。此外还讨论了提高花粉管通道法导入目的基因的遗传转化率和转基因系性状多样性等问题。
- Abstract:
- High quality wheat HMW gluten subnit gene was introduced into wheat via pollen tube pathway. High yield and high quality wheat line 21K867 was selected through herbicide resistanttrial , PCR method and HMW 一GS5 + 10 analysis. Wheat line 2 I k867 possesses HMW一GS 5 +1 0 gene ,y ield is 3.2% higher t han receptor.
