摘要:
灌溉农业是黑龙江垦区的支柱产业, 而水田灌区又是商品粮生产的重要基地。但是由于现有各灌区都不同程度地存在着工程老化失修, 水资源利用不合理等问题, 影响了灌区效益的充分发挥, 本文针对这些问题, 提出今后要加快灌区建设, 进行灌区续建配套和节水改造工程, 以确保灌区良性循环, 繁荣垦区经济。
Abstract:
Irrigated ag riculture is key indust ry of Heilong jiang reclamation area and the irrig ated paddyfield is important base of marketable g rain production .But the irrigation equipment is old and the w aterresource utilizat ion is unreasonable in some w ay .That af fects the ef fect of i rrigation .To resolve theproblems, the suggestion is put forw ard that const ructs irrigated area rapidly and reforms the equipmentsof saving w ater .
