寒地水稻立枯病病原真菌的分离鉴定

- 1999 ~ 2001 年从黑龙江省不同地区832 株水稻立枯病病苗样品中分离获得1 318 个分离物,经鉴定归属7 个属12 个种, 其中Fusarium oxysporum 占19.7 %,Fusarium solani 占25.9 %, Fusariumgraminearum 占17.1 %, Fusarium moni liforme 占8.2 %, Fusarium semitectum 占9.4 %, Rhizoctoniasolani 占16.5 %。对分离频率较高的种类进行回接验证, 均能引起水稻立枯病。
- Abstract:
- 1318 isolates were obtained from samples of rice wilt collected from deferent regions in Heilongjiangprovince .They were divided into 7 genera and 10 species .Reinoculated with the predominant fungus can alsocause some disease .
