- 摘要:
- 利用人工接菌方式使水稻感染稻瘟病后观察硅对水稻的抗病作用以及硅对水稻产量构成因子的影响, 经方差分析, 效果显著。同时对水稻剑叶各部位进行了镜检, 结果表明, 由于硅化细胞的形成, 增强了水稻抗逆性, 使其保持良好的生育态势, 保证了水稻增产增收, 为今后研究其机理提供了依据。
- Abstract:
- Rice w as infected with rice blast artificially .The effects of silicon on resistance and yield of rice were observed .Variance analysis showed that the effects were significant .Silicatized cells were found in microscope analy sis of the ensifo rm blade of rice , w hich increased the resistance of rice and ensured the higher yield .
