- 对马铃薯脱毒原原种的繁育技术进行了较系统的研究, 即采用简易培养基、液体培养进行试管苗生长和自制的营养基质进行原原种生产, 采取新改进的栽培技术进行工厂化大规模生产, 使整个原原种生产更加高效、快速、低成本, 可大规模推广应用。
- Abstract:
- This article studies systemat ically the techniques for production of virus-f ree po tatoes .Virus -f ree shoots were cultured by using simplified liquid medium in glass jar instead of triangle g lass. New and modif ied techniques w ere developed for mass production of virus -free seed potatoes.These techniques are high -yielding , efficient and low -cost for rapid multiplication of vi rus -free minitubers .
