- 从玉米食用、饲用和工业用三大加工利用方面阐述了玉米加工利用的现状和存在的主要问题;并根据国内外玉米加工利用状况, 指出了今后玉米加工利用必须走大规模、综合利用之路。
- Abstract:
- The situation and major problems in processing and utilizing corn are discussed in three aspects :food , feed and industry .Besides , according to the conditions at home and abroad , it is pointed out that processing and utilizing corn must take a comprehensive way on a big scale .
