三种株型调控剂对百日草植株生长的影响

- 为快速有效地减轻百日草(Zinnia elegans Jacq.)种苗生产中因徒长而导致的植株倒伏、弯曲以及商品性降低、抗性减弱的问题,本研究选用3种株型调控剂,即丁酰肼(B9)、烯效唑(S3307)和多效唑(PP333),与种衣剂混配后对种子进行包衣处理,调查百日草的植物性状。结果表明:3种不同浓度的株型调控剂处理后,均有降低种苗高度、缩短节间与增加茎粗、提升种苗质量的作用。其中50 mL·L-1种衣剂+40 g·L-1PP333处理效果最显著,株高、第1节间、下胚轴分别比对照降低了40.1%、52.4%和63.0%,茎粗、壮苗指数、根冠比增加了7.4%、79.2%和29.6%。说明3种株型调控剂中40 g·L-1PP333对百日草矮化效果最优,较适宜与种衣剂混合对百日草进行包衣处理。
- Abstract:
- In order to quickly and effectively alleviate the problem of plant inversion,bending and reduced commerciality and resistance caused by the length of Zinnia elegans Jacq.seedling production,three plant type regulators,such as B9,S3307 and PP333 were used in this study to coat the seeds after mixing with the seed coating agent,to investigate the plant characters of Zinnia.The results showed that all treatments had the effect of reducing seedling height,shortening the length of internode and hypocotyl,increasing stem diameter and improving seedling quality.Among this,the treatment of 40 g·L-1 PP333 mixed with 50 mL·L-1 clothing agent was the best.Compared with the control,the plant height,the length of the hypocotyl and the first internode of the Zinnia elegans Jacq.seedling were respectively decreased 40.1%,52.4% and 63.0%,the stem diameter,seedling index and root-shoot ratio were increased 7.4%,79.2% and 29.6%.Therefore,40 g·L-1 PP333 had the best effect on the dwarfing of Zinnia elegans Jacq. of three plant type regulators,and it was more suitable to mixed with seed coating agent.
