摘要:
为提高陕北苹果的采收、贮藏和商品价值，本研究以陕北代表性红富士产地洛川、富县、黄陵、宜川和延长5个产地的红富士苹果为试验材料，对苹果的主要理化指标进行测定，分析苹果的内在品质。结果表明：在硬度上洛川＞黄陵＞富县＞延长＞宜川，在可溶性固形物度上洛川＞延长＞宜川＞富县＞黄陵，总酸度上洛川＞宜川＞延长＞黄陵＞富县，成熟度上黄陵＞富县＞延长＞宜川＞洛川。富县、洛川北、延长地区水心比例较高，富县、黄陵、洛川北地区霉心比例高。陕北地区的红富士苹果采收时硬度均在6.65 kg·cm-2以上，可溶性固形物均在13.75%以上，整体品质均佳。综合以上指标，陕北洛川地区的红富士内在理化品质最佳。
Abstract:
In order to improve the harvesting,storage and commercial value of apples in northern Shaanxi,the main physical and chemical indexes of Red Fuji apples from Luochuan,Fuxian,Huangling,Yichuan and Yanchang,which are representative places of Red Fuji in northern Shaanxi,were determined and the intrinsic quality of apples was analyzed.The results showed that in the hardness,Luochuan＞Huangling＞Fuxian＞Yanchang＞Yichuan,and in the degree of soluble solids,Luochuan＞Yanchang＞Yichuan＞Fuxian＞Huangling,and in the total acidity,Luochuan＞Yichuan＞Yanchang＞Huangling＞Fuxian.On the maturity,Huangling＞Fuxian＞Yanchang＞Yichuan＞Luochuan.The ratio of water heart in the extended and Fuxian,the north Luochuang and Yanchang areas was high,and the proportion of water heart in Fuxian,Huangling and the north Luochuang area was high.In northern Shaanxi,the hardness of Red Fuji apples were above 6.65 kg·cm-2,and the soluble solids were above 13.75% in harvest period,and the overall quality was good.Combined above indexes of the physical and chemical quality of Red Fuji,Luochuan in northern Shaanxi is the best area.
