- 为推广诸葛菜在喀斯特山区的种植,通过对诸葛菜种子的净度、千粒重、含水量、发芽率、相对发芽率等指标的测定与统计分析,对诸葛菜种子质量进行了评价检验。同时采用培养皿发芽法研究GA3、CaCl2、NaCl处理对诸葛菜种子萌发的影响。结果表明: 诸葛菜种子的发芽率随GA3浓度升高而升高,发芽率和相对发芽率随CaCl2、NaCl浓度的升高而降低且差异显著。各浓度中,CaCl2 胁迫处理的诸葛菜发芽率和相对发芽率高于NaCl处理。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote the planting of Orychophragmus violaceus in karst mountains,through the determination and statistical analysis of cleanliness,thousand grain weight,water content,germination rate and relative germination rate of the seeds to evaluate and test the seed quality of Orychophragmus violaceus.Petri dish germination methodwas also used to study on the effects of GA3,CaCl2 and NaCl stress on seed germination of Orychophragmus violaceus.The results showed that the germination rate increased with the increase of GA3,and the germination rate and relative germination rate decreased with the increase of CaCl2 and NaCl.Under all concentration gradients,the germination rate and relative germination rate were higher in CaCl2 stress treatment than in NaCl.
