- 都市现代农业作为现代农业体系的重要组成部分，对于提升河南农业的战略性基础地位，推进中原经济区建设具有重要作用。为解决中原经济区现代都市农业发展缺乏整体布局和科学规划，存在功能定位单一，经营主体组织化程度偏低等主要问题。政府应充分发挥其宏观调控功能，提升规划水平，积极探索都市农业的发展模式，提高龙头企业和农民专业合作组织等经营主体的组织化水平，着力于中原经济区都市农业的内涵提升和整体联动发展。
- Abstract:
- As an important part of modern agricultural system， urban modern agriculture played an important role to promote Henan agricultural strategic foundation and the construction of the central plains economic zone.In order to solve the problems such as lacking of overall layout and scientific planning,function orientation of the single,and low degree of organization,in the development of modern urban agriculture in central plains economic zone,the government should make full use of the functions of macroeconomic regulation and control,enhance the level of planning and explore the development mode of urban agriculture,improve organizational level of leading enterprises,farmers’ professional cooperative organizations and other operators,focusing on the central plains economic zone the connotation of urban agriculture and the overall linkage development.
