灰色理论在水稻育种中的应用

摘要:
为了提高水稻育种效率,应用灰色关联度分析法对水稻品种的主要农艺性状和单株产量进行分析。结果表明:农艺性状对单株产量的关联度从高到低依次为单株有效穗数>每穗实粒数>结实率>千粒重>穗粒数>株高>穗长。对单株产量影响最大的是单株有效穗数和每穗实粒数,因此,在水稻高产育种中,应注重对单株有效穗数、每穗实粒数、结实率和千粒重的选择。
Abstract:
In order to improve the efficiency of rice breeding, the relationship between yield and main agronomic traits were analyzed by the method of grey correlative degree theory.The results showed that the correlation of main agronomic characters to yield per plant was effective spike per plant>grain number per spike > setting percentage>1 000-grain weight>the number of grains per spike>plant height>spike length.So in high-yield breeding,must pay more attention to the select of effective spike per plant,grain number per spike,setting percentage and 1000-grain weight.
