- 总结了黑龙江省农业科学院在帮建黑龙江省望奎县正兰头村社会主义新农村建设中, 深化体制改革, 整合资源,发挥技术优势, 致力提高农业综合生产能力和农民科技素质, 以科技支撑新农村建设的做法, 并对实践中反映出的问题进行了探讨。
- Abstract:
- The way of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences on new rural construction in Zhenglantou village ofWangkui town could be concluded that deepened system reform, integrated resource and made use of advanced technique toenhance the agricultural production capacity and farmers′technical quality , the new rural construction based of science andtechnology.Then several problems existing in the practice were discussed.
