- 在植物学教学中, 讲到植物体内细胞有丝分裂, 特别是在做实验时, 很难找到有丝分裂各个时期的清晰图象, 因而影响到教学的科学性和客观性。 我们经过多年的试验, 不断改进实验步骤, 对实验进行整体优化, 较好地解决了学生实验成功率, 并让学生自己去探索出结果, 效果很好。
- Abstract:
- When we talking about karyokinesis during the plants teaching, especially when we doing the experiment, it is verydifficult for us to find the clear-cut image for each era, which will definitely affect the scientific and external principle ofteaching.We have improved the procedure and made an overall rationalization of experimenting after several years’explora-tion, thereby getting some proper resolutions to the rate of experimental success, then let students grope for the results bythemselves, which is very effective.
