- 农业产业化经营从根本上克服农户超小规模经营的局限, 是解决我国农业和农村经济发展,提高农民收入的根本出路。在产业化的道路上, 土地流动问题是一个关键问题。为推动农业产业化的发展, 在土地问题上, 需要对国家、集体、农户三者的责、权、利进行重新界定。这要求我们的思想能够与时俱进, 在充分认识我国国情的基础上, 大胆创新, 开辟出一条有时代特色的新途径。
- Abstract:
- Industrialization operation of agriculture can fundamentally overcome the deficiency of super -small-scale operation by peasant household , which is the fundamental means to increase income of farmers .Landmobilization is the key problem we should face on the way to the aim .In the system of rural land collectiveownership , the property ownership is vague and it is the main factor to block the mobilization of land .Andchaos of land plan and land management increases the cost of exchange .So the scale -benefit of land can notbe obtained easily .In order to stimulate the development of agricultural industrialization , we need to redefinethe responsibility , right , interest among the three parties of nation 、collective and farmers .It require that ouridea should keep in pace with the times and realize fully national conditions on the basis of which we can innovateboldly to open a new route of times characteristic.
