- 合丰号大豆品种蛋白质和脂肪含量的分析结果表明: 蛋白质含量平均值为40. 32% ,比全省平均值高0. 22% ;脂肪含量平均值为20. 50% ,比全省平均值低0. 07% ,蛋白质和脂肪含量总和平均值为60. 87% ,比全省平均值高0. 2%。不同年代育成的品种蛋白质和脂肪含量及双项之和的平均值不同,蛋白质含量随着年代的增加由较高至低至高的变化,脂肪含量随着年代的增加由较高至高至低的变化,蛋白质和脂肪含量双项之和随着年代的增加由较高至低至高的变化。蛋白质和脂肪含量成极显著的负相关, r= - 0. 8226* * ,蛋白质和脂肪含量双项之和相对较稳定,变化不大。
- Abstract:
- This paper analyzed the co ntent s o f pro tein and oil o f soybean va rieties in Hefeng series. The resul ts show ed tha t the av erage co ntent of pro tein w as 40. 32% , 0. 22% more than the provincial av erag e v alu. The av erag e content of oil was 20. 50% , 0. 07% less tha n the provincial av erage v alu. The total v alue o f pro tein and oil w as 60. 87% in av erag e, 0. 2% mo re than the provincial average v alue. The to tal va lue of the av erage co ntents of pro tein and oil di ffered betw een decaes. As the breeding time increased, the co ntent of protein cha ng ed f rom slight ly higher to low er, then to higher, the content of oi l cha nged f rom slight ly higher to higher, then to low er, and the to tal v alue o f the av erage content of protein and oil chang ed f rom slight ly higher to low er, then to higher. The rela tion of the content of pro tein and the content of oil has a sig nificant nega tiv e di fference, r= - 0. 8226* * . The to tal v alue o f the av erag e co ntents o f pro tein and oil w as relatively stable.
