- 为增加改性淀粉比表面积,降低结晶度,提高对污染物的去除能力,采用溶胶凝胶法对可溶性淀粉进行预处理后,再制备多孔淀粉黄原酸酯,并对其性能进行测试。结果表明:成功制备了大比表面积、低结晶度的多孔淀粉黄原酸酯,其比表面积为53 m2·g-1,与未改性的多孔淀粉相比,结晶度进一步降低。通过考察多孔淀粉黄原酸酯对Pb2+离子的吸附性能可知,随着pH的增大,Pb2+去除率也随之增大,当pH=7时,处理效果最佳。多孔淀粉黄原酸酯对Pb2+离子的饱和吸附量为1.54 mmol·g-1,与Pb2+的螯合反应非常迅速,在25 min时基本达到吸附平衡。
- Abstract:
- In order to increase the specific surface area of the modified starch,reduce the crystallinity and improve the removal ability of the pollutants,the soluble starch was pretreated by sol-gel method.The results showed that the porous starch xanthate with high specific surface area and low crystallinity was successfully synthesized by chemical modification of the obtained porous starch.According to the testing results ,the specific surface area of the porous starch xanthate was 53 m2·g-1,and the crystallinity was further decreased compared with the unmodified porous starch.By investigating the adsorption properties for Pb2+ ions,it concluded that with the increasing of pH value,the removal rate also increased and reached the maximum when the pH value was 7,in this case,the saturated adsorption amount for Pb2+ ions was 1.54 mmol·g-1.Moreover,the chelating reaction of porous starch xanthate with Pb2+ ions was very rapid and almost reached the adsorption equilibrium after 25 minutes.
